The IceCube neutrino observatory measures the diffuse flux of high-energy astrophysical neutrinos by means various techniques, and there exists a mild tension between spectra obtained in different analyses. spectrum derived from reconstruction muon tracks is harder than that cascades, dominated electron tau neutrinos. If confirmed, this may provide clue to origin these neutrinos, which remains uncertain. Here we investigate possibility be caused change flavor content with energy. We assume at higher energies, contains more expected usually assumed equipartition. This happen if are produced regions magnetic field so strong muons, born pi-meson decays, cool synchrotron radiation faster decay. $\sim 10^4 G$ required for mechanism relevant results. note values reachable immediate vicinity supermassive black holes active galactic nuclei present working toy model population potential sources. While predicts ratios describes spectrum, it needs an additional component explain observed lower energies.
